When people ask me what it is that I do, they often assume that I work with energy medicine in the traditional sense—focusing on healing. They hear "energy" and think "healing"—which makes sense, because that’s what energy medicine is typically about. But what I do? It’s not about healing, at least not in the way most people understand it. What I do is something entirely different. It’s niche. Incredibly niche. It’s about spiritual growth, expansion, and unlocking your highest potential.
If I had to describe it simply, I’d say it’s a tool for personal development, a way to raise and expand your consciousness. Yes, healing does happen along the way, but that’s not the main focus. It’s more like a byproduct of the deeper work. The modalities I offer—Pellowah and Umana—are designed to help you access levels of yourself that you may not even know exist. They’re tools to open up parts of you that are waiting to be unlocked, to help you ascend, grow, and truly experience what it means to live from a higher consciousness.
Pellowah: A Gateway to Expanded Consciousness
Let’s start with Pellowah. Pellowah is not just about "feeling better" or "releasing emotional baggage"—though, trust me, that does happen. It’s about so much more. It’s about expanding your consciousness, breaking free from limiting beliefs and conditioning, and aligning with your highest self.
The first time I experienced Pellowah, it was like the universe wrapped me in this beautiful, warm hug. I wasn’t just healing; I was growing, expanding. I felt like I had touched something much larger than myself, something divine. And once I felt it, I knew: this is what I could feel like all the time. This is what my absolute potential feels like. The feeling was so freeing, so expansive—it was like I was stepping into the version of myself that I was always meant to be.
And that’s the beauty of Pellowah. The effects don’t just fade away after the session. They stick. Permanently. Many other modalities require repeated sessions to maintain the results, but not Pellowah. Once you’ve experienced the shift, it’s there for good. It keeps working long after the session is over, continuing to evolve and deepen within you as you grow.
I often describe it as feeling like your best self—your highest potential. You walk out of a session and you feel lighter, clearer, more connected to who you really are. But it’s not just a fleeting moment of clarity or peace. It lasts. It stays with you. And over time, as you continue to live your life, the changes only deepen.
How Pellowah Works: A Journey of Spiritual Elevation
Pellowah unblocks and realigns your meridian system, clearing pathways that have been obstructed by limiting beliefs, emotional blockages, and accumulated energy. As these meridians are unblocked, the energy shifts and moves these blockages, allowing you to feel a deeper sense of balance, calm, and centredness. Your continued effort in working with the Pellowah energy ensures that you develop healthier patterns and maintain this profound shift as you evolve with this beautiful new energy. Throughout the process of realignment, you will experience powerful transformation and continuous personal evolution.
Once your consciousness expands, it doesn’t contract. You can’t go back. You’ve seen too much. You’ve touched something so expansive that you can’t "unsee" it. Pellowah opens you up to the full potential of who you are, and once that door is opened, it stays open. You continue to grow, to elevate, to expand.
Healing does happen along the way, as you expand, you naturally release emotional baggage, old conditioning, and limiting beliefs that have held you back. However, the goal is to grow, to ascend, to step into the highest version of yourself. The healing is just a beautiful side effect of the real work.
The Experience of Pellowah: An Expansion That Stays With You
One of the things I love most about Pellowah is the experience itself. It’s not just about the results; it’s about the journey. During a session, it feels like you’re on a beautiful, experiential journey—almost like a visual, emotional, and energetic adventure that opens up layers of yourself you didn’t even know were there. It’s calming and expansive at the same time.
I remember my first session—I walked out feeling like I was floating. There’s this incredible lightness, a sense of freedom from the burdens that you didn’t even realize were weighing you down. You leave the session not just feeling better, but feeling like your best, highest self. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s as if you’ve tapped into something deeper, something more real, and it stays with you. You don’t want to talk, you don’t want to do anything but sit with that feeling of being connected to your true self.
And as you go about your life afterward, the changes keep unfolding. Pellowah isn’t about instant gratification that fades after a day or two. No, it’s something that deepens. Over the next days, weeks, and even months, you’ll find yourself continuing to grow, continuing to shift in ways you never expected. It’s like layers of yourself are being peeled back, and what’s left is more authentic, more aligned, and more in tune with your true purpose.
Umana: Opening New Levels of Consciousness
Now, let’s talk about Umana. This is where things get really exciting. While Pellowah works on expanding your consciousness and aligning you with your highest self, Umana goes even deeper. It’s about unlocking new meridian systems within your body, activating chakras 8 to 12, and accessing divine levels of consciousness.
You see, most people are familiar with the seven main chakras. But those are just the beginning. Chakras 8 to 12 are where things get really interesting—they’re the gateways to higher realms, higher wisdom, and even higher versions of yourself. When you activate these chakras, you begin to tap into skills and abilities that are far beyond the ordinary. Think about things like remote viewing, changing your relationship with the concept of time, or even accessing deeper universal truths and wisdom.
Umana works by placing threads of Umana light into specific points on the head, face, and body. These threads are held in place for a period of time, unlocking a new meridian system that most people are unaware of. This meridian system then activates and fully opens the higher chakras, located above the body. Once these meridians and chakras are engaged, they become a permanent part of your energetic system, continuing to grow and evolve with you.
The first session is incredible as you fully activate the new meridian system and open all five chakras that have been lying dormant, waiting for you to access them. It’s like opening the floodgates to your highest potential, and from that moment on, you begin to explore the depths of what you’re truly capable of.
One of the most exciting aspects of this journey is the understanding that there are many meridian systems and chakras within us that are still undiscovered, lying dormant and waiting to be unlocked. These systems have the potential to activate abilities and skills that are beyond what we can currently imagine. As we evolve and ascend through higher levels of consciousness, we will surely discover more of these systems and learn how to engage with them in ways that open up new realms of possibility. The journey doesn’t stop with the known chakras and meridians—there is so much more to explore, and I believe that as we continue to raise our consciousness, we’ll gain access to these incredible hidden systems that will bring even deeper insights and transformations.
Why Activating Chakras 8 to 12 Changes Everything
Most people don’t realize just how transformative it is to unlock chakras 8 to 12. These chakras are connected to higher levels of wisdom, divinity, and consciousness. They are not just about aligning your physical body with your energy field; they are about tapping into a universal understanding that goes beyond the limitations of the mind.
Imagine being able to access skills and gifts that you didn’t even know you had. Remote viewing, sophisticated manifestation abilities, changing a past event—these are just some of the abilities that begin to open up once you start working with these higher chakras. And it’s not just about the abilities themselves; it’s about the wisdom and the understanding that comes with them. You begin to see life differently. You begin to understand the bigger picture and how everything is connected.
One of the things I love about Umana is that it doesn’t just give you access to these higher chakras—it also helps you grow into the responsibility that comes with them. With each level of consciousness you unlock, you’re given more responsibility, more understanding, and more wisdom. It’s not just about reaching the top; it’s about growing into the person who is ready to handle the power and the gifts that come with these higher levels.
And that’s why I love the combination of Pellowah and Umana. Pellowah expands your consciousness and prepares you for the growth to come, while Umana takes you even further—unlocking the full potential of your energy system and connecting you with the divine aspects of yourself that are waiting to be activated.
The Transformation: How Pellowah and Umana Changed My Life
I want to take a moment to talk about how these modalities have personally transformed my life, because this isn’t just theory or something I offer to others. Pellowah and Umana have been lifelines for me in navigating the complexities of my own experiences. I’ve gone through my share of challenges—emotional burdens, chronic stress, and the weight of difficult relationships and situations. For a long time, I carried these things with me like heavy bags I couldn’t put down. I didn’t even realize how much they were affecting me until I found myself physically and emotionally exhausted with chronic migraines.
Pellowah and Umana came into my life at a time when I was really struggling. I felt like I was constantly running uphill, fighting against the tide of my own life. I was drained, overwhelmed, and starting to feel like I had lost touch with who I really was underneath all the stress and pressure. But when I started practicing Pellowah and Umana, everything changed.
I remember one specific moment after a Pellowah session where I felt this incredible weight lift off me. It was like I had been carrying around the emotional equivalent of dead weight, and suddenly, it was gone. As Kachina so beautifully describes it, it was like cutting off the dead corpses I had been dragging around with me for years. I didn’t even realize they were there until they were gone. And with that release came an incredible sense of freedom—freedom to be who I am, without the conditioning, without the emotional baggage, and without the societal pressures I had absorbed over the years.
The stress I used to feel daily? It’s not gone entirely—life is still life—but it’s not something that overwhelms me anymore. I have this sense of calm and peace that carries me through even the most difficult situations. I’m not as reactive, I don’t get as worked up when things go wrong, and I have a much greater ability to problem-solve and navigate challenging people and circumstances. It’s not just that I feel better; I’ve changed. My entire approach to life has shifted.
The Freedom of Being Yourself: Removing Social Conditioning
What’s amazing about Pellowah and Umana is that they don’t just help you release the emotional baggage you’re aware of. They go deeper than that. They help you release the conditioning you didn’t even know you had. We all carry so much conditioning—social, familial, cultural—and it weighs us down more than we realize. It shapes how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we navigate the world.
But the freedom that comes with removing that conditioning is indescribable. You start to see the world differently. You start to see yourself differently. It’s like a fog lifts, and for the first time, you can see clearly. You’re not weighed down by other people’s expectations, by societal norms, or by the invisible rules that have dictated how you live your life. You’re free to be yourself—your true, authentic self.
And once you experience that freedom, you realize how powerful it is. You realize that you don’t need to carry the burdens of the past anymore. You don’t need to conform to what others expect of you. You can live your life fully and authentically, aligned with your highest self, and that is incredibly liberating.
The Journey of Ascension: Growing Into Your Highest Potential
One of the most important aspects of working with Pellowah and Umana is the understanding that this is a journey, not a destination. Ascension is not about rushing to the top, trying to unlock all your potential at once. It’s about growing into each new level of consciousness, learning what it has to teach you, and becoming responsible for the gifts and abilities you unlock along the way.
As Kachina often says, it’s like riding an elevator and stopping at each floor to look around and explore. If you were to rush straight to the top without stopping, you’d miss everything in between—the lessons, the growth, the understanding. You’d also miss the opportunity to become the person who is ready to handle the power and responsibility that comes with each new level of consciousness.
And that’s what I’ve learned through my own journey with these modalities. There’s no rush. There’s no need to hurry or to try to "get to the top" as quickly as possible. The journey itself is the gift. Each new level of consciousness brings with it new understandings, new wisdom, and new abilities, but it also brings a deeper sense of responsibility. You have to grow into it. You have to become the person who can handle what you’re unlocking.
Why You Don’t Need To Keep Coming Back for Sessions
Another thing I love about these modalities is that you’re not dependent on them. Once you’ve had a session, the changes stick. You don’t need to keep coming back for more sessions. Of course, you can choose to come back and dive deeper into the experience—many of my clients do—but it’s not a requirement. The changes you make in one session stay with you, and you continue to evolve and grow on your own.
Unlike other modalities where you might feel like you need regular sessions to maintain your progress, with Pellowah and Umana, you’re empowered to continue your journey independently. You are your own healer. You are your own strength. And that’s one of the most powerful gifts these modalities can offer—true self-empowerment. You don’t need me to keep guiding you. Once you’ve opened these doors, you have everything you need to continue on your path.
Teaching and Sharing These Modalities: A Journey of Empowerment
I’m not just a practitioner of Pellowah and Umana—I’m deeply passionate about teaching these modalities. I believe that these tools are meant to be shared, and that by teaching others, I’m helping to expand a collective consciousness that’s ready to evolve. For me, it’s not just about offering sessions and guiding clients through their own transformations, it’s about empowering others to step into the role of practitioner themselves, and helping them to facilitate these changes for others.
Starting in February next year, I’ll be teaching Umana, and this is something I’m incredibly excited about. The idea of passing on these profound techniques to others, of teaching people how to unlock chakras 8 to 12 and activate meridian systems, feels like such a gift. There’s something so powerful about being able to not only experience these shifts yourself but also guide others through the process. It’s a ripple effect of transformation, and I believe that the more people who learn these techniques, the greater impact we’ll have on the collective consciousness.
I’ve been fortunate enough to practice these modalities, swapping sessions with fellow practitioners, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is to maintain a consistent cycle of growth and expansion. Every fortnight, I attend Pellowah attunement swaps, and I also regularly exchange Umana sessions with a colleague. These practices have kept me aligned, centered, and grounded, even in the face of life’s challenges. And now, being able to teach others how to do the same, how to facilitate these shifts for themselves and their clients, feels like the next natural step in my journey.
Looking Ahead: Exciting Plans and Expansion
The next six months are going to be incredibly busy, and I’m so excited about what’s on the horizon. While I can’t reveal all the details just yet, I can say that I have some very exciting projects in the works that will bring together everything I’ve been learning and practicing over the years. These are modalities and techniques that will deepen the work I’m already doing and provide even more powerful tools for personal and spiritual growth.
As with everything I do, I’m taking my time to ensure that these new offerings are as refined and effective as possible before I share them with the world. I’m a big believer in not rushing the process—each piece of the puzzle needs to fall into place in its own time. And that’s something I always remind myself: that life, just like spiritual growth, unfolds perfectly when you trust the timing of things.
But no matter what new offerings I create, no matter what modalities I study or develop, Pellowah and Umana will always remain at the core of what I do. They’ve been the foundation of my own personal transformation, and they are the tools that I return to time and time again to keep myself aligned with my highest self. They’re not just modalities—they’re lifelines, and I know that I’ll always continue to offer them, no matter how much my work evolves.
The Bigger Picture: Why Spiritual Growth Matters
So, why does spiritual growth matter? Why focus on expanding consciousness rather than just healing? The truth is, healing is part of the journey, but it’s not the goal. When you expand your consciousness, you naturally heal the emotional, mental, and even physical blocks that have been holding you back. You begin to see life from a higher perspective, and with that higher perspective comes a greater capacity for compassion, understanding, and personal responsibility.
But spiritual growth is about more than just healing—it’s about stepping into your highest potential. It’s about realizing that you are more than your limitations, more than your conditioning, and more than the stories you’ve been telling yourself. You are a divine being, capable of incredible growth, love, and transformation. And when you access that part of yourself, everything changes. Life becomes more meaningful, more aligned, and more fulfilling.
The modalities I offer are tools for accessing that part of yourself. They are tools for stepping into your power, for expanding your awareness, and for aligning with your highest purpose. Whether you’re working with Pellowah, Umana, or other tools I offer, the focus is always on raising your consciousness and helping you step into the next level of your spiritual evolution.
The Role of Responsibility in Spiritual Growth
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned on this journey is that with growth comes responsibility. As you unlock new levels of consciousness, as you open yourself up to higher realms of wisdom and understanding, you also take on a greater responsibility for your actions, your energy, and the impact you have on the world around you.
Spiritual growth isn’t about rushing to the top or trying to unlock all of your potential at once. It’s about learning to carry the gifts you unlock with grace, wisdom, and responsibility. You wouldn’t hand the controls of a nuclear bomb to a newborn - and that’s exactly what rushing the process of spiritual ascension would be like—it would be overwhelming, disorienting, and potentially harmful.
Instead, the process of growth is about stopping at each level, looking around, and taking the time to fully integrate the lessons and wisdom you gain along the way. It’s about honouring the journey, not just the destination. And as you move through each new level of consciousness, you become more capable of handling the power and responsibility that come with those new levels.
