Accessible Services:

If you need assistance with session fees, please don't hesitate to reach out. My services are designed to be accessible to everyone, ensuring you get the support you need. Additionally, all pension concession card holders are eligible for a $15 discount.

In-Person Appointments:

Join me at multiple locations in Elsternwick and Hughesdale, for an in-person healing session on Fridays between 11:00am to 2:00 pm, Saturdays between 11:00am to 3:00pm and Sundays between 11:00am to 3:00pm. Additional times and locations will be announced shortly. Here, in this tranquil setting, you can experience the unique energy of Pellowah, Umana and Crystal Medicine Techniques. During Pellowah sessions, there is no physical contact; you remain fully clothed as I channel energy around you, focusing on your activations and consciousness expansion. In Umana sessions, expect gentle touch to your upper body, arms, face and head, maintaining your comfort and respect throughout the session. I will send you detailed preparation information to ensure you're ready for your in-person session.

Remote Healing Appointments:

For those across the globe or unable to reach the studios, remote healing offers a powerful alternative. These sessions allow you to experience Pellowah, Umana and Crystal Medicine from the comfort of your home. All that's required is your relaxation and openness to the healing process. Remember, remote sessions necessitate explicit consent from the recipient to ensure respect and integrity in the energy transfer. I offer flexible appointment times to ensure that regardless of where you are in the world, or how busy your schedule is, you can access my healing services. Appointment times are typically scheduled on weekends before your bedtime to ensure a relaxed and conducive environment for your session. To arrange a suitable time for your remote healing session, please reach out via email, phone, or my website's contact form. When making your request, kindly mention your preferred times and any time zone considerations. Prior to your remote healing session, I will provide you with essential preparation guidelines to maximize the effectiveness of our time together from the comfort of your home.

Session Protocol:

To ensure a deep and effective healing experience, all clients, whether in-person or remote, should remain still and lie down throughout the session. This posture supports the optimal flow and alignment of energy, facilitating a more profound healing journey. Once you book your appointment, I will send you detailed information on how to prepare for your appointment ensuring you get the most out of your healing experience. There's no special preparation needed for remote healing; just ensure you're in a comfortable, quiet space, where you can relax undisturbed.

Cancellation and Booking Policy:

- Booking Your Appointment: A payment is required to secure your appointment.

- Feeling Unwell? If you're unwell and/or have an infectious illness, like COVID or the flu, let us know. You can maintain your appointment time for a distance healing session.

- More than 48 hours' notice: Change of plans? You can reschedule, convert your payment to a credit for a future service, or request a refund.

- Less than 48 hours' notice: We understand life happens, but full charges will apply without the option for refunds or transfers.

We appreciate your understanding. This policy helps us manage schedules fairly while accommodating your needs as best as we can.

Workshop Booking and Registration Terms:

Secure your spot in our transformative workshops by completing your registration with full payment. Please note, for group workshops, your place is confirmed only after payment is received, and due to the personalized nature of our sessions, refunds are not available. Should you need to reschedule, we offer flexibility if notified more than 72 hours before the workshop begins, with a nominal administrative fee. Immediate bookings are available for 1:1 sessions, providing a streamlined path to personal growth.
