At All That Brings Me Joy, we value your satisfaction with our on-demand printed products. Here’s our policy for returns:
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom (including Ireland and Scotland), the USA, and Canada. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us at admin@allthatbringsmejoy.com, and we will confirm if we can arrange shipment to your location.
Packaging
We use Australia Post packaging which is recyclable. We encourage you to retain the packaging after receiving your order. It can be reused for return postage if necessary, or for other purposes, supporting environmental sustainability.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item, but only for the following reasons:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The item does not match the description or the sample provided.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
At All That Brings Me Joy, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns for change of mind or if an incorrect size is ordered. As our products are printed on demand and often personalized, we ask you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. Please ensure the product specifications and sizing fit your needs before placing your order. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at admin@allthatbringsmejoy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@allthatbringsmejoy.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to correct it promptly. For defective or damaged products, we will offer a replacement or refund as necessary.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at admin@allthatbringsmejoy.com to arrange a return, and we will provide you with the necessary shipping labels and instructions. Items must be well-packaged to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot accept returns of damaged items. Reusing the original Australia Post packaging is encouraged as it is recyclable and helps in maintaining environmental sustainability.
European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
For items shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
