The Umana Technique© is a revolutionary modality channeled and founded by the renowned Australian Spiritual Teacher, Kachina Ma'an. In late 2023, Kachina began receiving nightly downloads from Spirit, who guided her through the creation of this remarkable new method. Over six months, she worked tirelessly, channeling the energy and wisdom of the Umana Technique, refining the process through nightly sessions that often kept her awake into the early hours.

 

The Umana Technique was officially taught for the first time in March 2024, with an inaugural class that marked the beginning of a profound journey for both practitioners and clients. I was privileged to be part of this first class and again in November 2024, where I had the opportunity to experience one of Kachina’s final practitioner training sessions before she transitioned exclusively to teaching teacher training.

 

From its inception, Umana has been celebrated for its ability to catalyze rapid personal and spiritual growth.
