As I write this, I call upon my ascension team, spirit guides, higher self, allies, angels, and archangels, as well as the divine masters and teachers who work with me. May these words carry light medicine, divine codes, and keys that bring balance, direction, opportunity, and expansion for our highest good, our most aligned timeline, and our greatest purpose. May we embody and spread divine love, and may you support us in all aspects of our growth, love, joy, and continued expansion.

We live in extraordinary times. As Kachina Ma'an has said, it feels like the world is racing toward rock bottom. Many of us have been through what feels like hell on Earth these last few months. Personally, I’ve faced relentless stress, and migraines have been my body’s response to this intense period. Despite knowing deep down that it was all part of a test—an initiation, even—it didn’t make the experience any easier. Conversations with others have shown that we’ve all been facing our deepest fears and battling unending distractions that simply cannot be ignored. At times, it felt like I was on my knees, begging for relief that never came. Despite using every tool I had—self-care, spiritual hygiene, and techniques like Umana and Pellowah—nothing could stop the waves. I had to face them head-on; there was no way around them.

I'll be vulnerable and admit that I hit a real low at one point. I knew I was shedding layers of old, sticky beliefs, burning off heavy armor, but that awareness didn’t make it less painful. It was hell. Yet, through it all, I grew, evolved, and breathed new life into my world. I'm proud of how I handled it—staying true to my spiritual practices, leaning on the beliefs I hold dear, and never turning to unhealthy distractions like alcohol etc. I made mistakes, lost my temper a few times, but I didn’t run. I faced the chaos head-on, shared every message I was guided to, and that’s something to be proud of. That’s progress.

We’re all being given a chance to show the universe what we choose. I’ve often written about the choice between distraction and the divine, and it’s as simple as that. Have you done the work to build your spiritual toolbelt? This is a time of preparation, of becoming warriors of light in the lead-up to the March 2025 Equinox. We need to learn how to hold the light, especially in the darkest rooms. If you’re being tested, consider it a compliment—it means you’re part of the team being prepared to help balance and uplift us into a new age.

The next six months are critical. We have to work hard to hold the light, shine brightly, and choose the divine every single time. The alternative? More of the same—a world full of distractions. That’s not what we want, and we’ve worked too hard to allow it. It’s time to reconnect with Earth’s energy and medicine. Pachamama is calling us to pay attention—she’s ready to help, but we have to meet her halfway. The synchronicities, angel numbers, and celestial support are phenomenal, but it’s up to us to tap into the Earth’s wisdom as well. Many of us have mastered celestial connection, but we’ve neglected Earth’s medicine, and now we’re being called back to her heart to receive her support.

Personally, I’ve been drawn more deeply to earth-based spirituality. Recently, I completed Rachelle Charman’s Crystal Awakening course—a journey I began 15 years ago and finally advanced to Level 3 with the guidance of an incredible teacher, Kelly. That experience was easily the highlight of my year. To fully accredit in this modality, I need to complete 15 free healing sessions. These sessions, both in receiving and giving, have been profound. The tools are incredibly powerful for shifting deep, unseen layers of trauma and old wounds. They’ve brought instant relief from brain fog, physical pain, and tiredness, and I’m excited to offer them as part of my practice.
